Our Team
Flawless Home Cleaning launched in 2020 and has grown into a successful house cleaning and commercial cleaning business. In addition to our loyal, full time cleaning staff we also have a large roster of cleaners who are available as needed.
All of our cleaners must first go through a thorough training program. This is what separates professional cleaning services from independent cleaners. Most people think they can clean or that it is any easy thing to do … we know better and you will see the difference once we have cleaned for you.
We also provide you with a custom cleaning checklist for your cleaner to follow. This gives you a chance to make any notes or requests.
Once your cleaner has finished they take the time to go through each room with a critical eye to ensure everything meets our quality control standards and they sign off on each room. If you have more than one cleaner they must all sign off on each room.
Our Approach
At Flawless, we believe that every home and business ia unique, and therefore, requires a customized cleaning approach. We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and we tailor our services to meet those needs.
Before your first cleaning you will receive a checklist containing everything we discussed and quoted. You can add or delete areas of your home or make special requests and leave it out for the cleaner. It will be followed and you can have peace of mind knowing your home or business is cleaned exactly the way you want it.
